Every Dark Corner by Karen Rose

5.0

One of the things I like the best about books by Karen Rose is the way she develops the relationships between her characters. Decker and Kate have to face a lot of darkness to come out into the light together.

After I started this book I realized I’ve read it before, but it was good enough to read again, and I did. This was a tough one; aside from all the crime and murder, this book includes child abuse and rape and drugs. It was a very dark story, but it was excellent. There are so many twists and turns to the plot but the author just wraps them all up so nicely at the end. The good thing is that you don’t get the feeling that she just wrapped it all up to in the story.
