It was really just ok but it definitely grew on me as I went on. VERY millennial (and very aware of it)
I think Poppy’s character would’ve benefited greatly if she was written to be a POC, I read her that way the whole time.
I ended up liking it more by the end than I expected to when I started, I think because I just was not very sympathetic to the whole “has everything she’s ever wanted but still isn’t happy” but understood the character enough by the end to get it.
