Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner

4.0

3.5/5

Really enjoyed this one though it didn’t quite grip me. It’s a memoir that touches on profound topics on identity and family, but I didn’t find Zauner’s writing particularly captivating. What makes Crying in H-mart special is Zauner’s storytelling and authenticity. That’s what kept me going as I read a couple of chapters every night before bed.
