"You are mine now, little human. Mine. Not his. You belong in my nest, no one else's. I am only tolerating him for you."
Blue Coral is the 3rd of 6 books in the Naga Brides series, and it *starts* to answer some questions that the first two books present. *spoilers ahead only for those who haven't read the first two books*
Shelby is a tech archeologist stuck on the same cursed mission abandoned earth that Daisy and Gemma were. Unlike them, she didn't get thrown to thewolves nagas, because Peter? I literally forget his name, we're going with Peter, lied and said she was pregnant. But time is going by, she's not showing signs of pregnancy, and more and more shit is going wrong with the mission.
And then the ancient earth ruins that the ship landed? on cave in and Shelby goes down with them. Of course, Vagan, the Blue Coral, and Peter? go with her. The three of them have quite the adventure, full of twists and turns and loooooots of naga spice.
Why I liked it: These books are like candy to me. They're all a quick read, and honestly at this point in the series I'm getting into the universe/actually here for the plot (at least a little, lol). I really can't wait to see how the author wraps it all up. The spice is always super primal and wild, too!
Who else would like it: This book is like if Ice Planet Barbarians and The Vrix series had a wild baby. If you're into alien romance (espeically one with a breeding/we-have-to-repopulatek*nk bent), this book will probably be right up your alley.
