A month ago, I'd have said paranormal shifter smut wasn't really my thing, but I'm happy to report I've since grown as a person and MateHub: Legend is looking like it'll be my top read of February! 🐺🏹

I honestly did not see this coming, but MateHub is SO GOOD and has turned me into shifter trash 😂 This book is better than it has any right to be with a completely ridiculous premise wherein werewolf Richard and human Hunter enter a transactional temporary mating bond for a few months in order to film knotting p0rn for MateHub, a p0rn site catering to the supernatural population. Definitely just a business arrangement, obviously nothing more…. Unless?

The book never takes itself too seriously which is a big part of why it works so well. It's incredibly funny, and I had a great time reading it.

Richard, famously grumpy and standoffish, suddenly wanting to take care of his new mate and cater to his every need but denying that that's what he's doing, even to himself, was hilarious! And Hunter, my sweet baby, being human doesn't realize what any of this means but still finds himself wanting to spend all his time with Richard, talking, playing video games, and going on non-dates ❤️

MateHub is also hot af!! Hunter and Richard have incredible chemistry and their connection is electric. Their scenes together are sizzling, and the knotting? Is really freaking hot? Idk, it's 2024 and I'm out here discovering new fictional kinks, love that for me! Or, hmm, are they new if I used to have an obsession with Teen Wolf fanfic? Eh, whatever, it's new for books, so it counts. Point is: this book is so gd hot! 🔥

In conclusion: Read MateHub if you want a fun, hot read with great characters who have amazing chemistry and do filthy things to each other on camera.
