Unshakeable: Your Financial Freedom Playbook by Tony Robbins, Peter Mallouk

Tony Robbins has a magnificent way of using so many words to say so little. Much of the book was spent on "saying what he's about to say, just wait, it's going to be so great and life-changing".

Some months ago, I happened to watch a couple of minutes of one of his events on Netflix. Typically these are hour-long affairs which people pay thousands of dollars to attend, in order to hear their charismatic and sprightly cult leader change their lives. In this context, Robbins is the master of getting people hooked on his every word and introducing what he's going to say as well as recapitulating what he has said. In a book format, this style can be largely frustrating. It must be said, however, that he does have an excellent way of breaking down concepts so that anyone would be able to understand, and that the basic tenets he outlines are extremely useful. It's just a shame that the reader has to make it through a lot of waffle to find these "nuggets".
