Alechia Dow is one of my favorite authors. Science Fiction isn’t my normal go to genre but I just love the way that Alechia does it that I will always pick it up. 

This book is so relevant to all of the book banning, gentrification and colonization that has been happening in the world. 

Books, music and other arts are works of freedom and knowledge and limiting them, regulating them, and banning them start to create a world where oppression and colonization can continue to occur towards eradication. This book really touches on that and puts two opposing people start to learn, talk, and see each other as being essential. Highly recommend!
