Like most readers, I first encountered this story on the nosleep subreddit. Pretty well-done as far as creepypastas go. The only thing that really bothered me is

the narrator decides not to tell his girlfriend the truth about the orange lady on the grounds that she's too fragile, which felt VERY sexist
