I’ve read a handful of stories from Oni Press & they all seem to have the same general flaw IMO, they tend to build up a large world/story before ending rather abruptly for better or worse. This is no different. I enjoyed the stories of US marshal Stetko in the Antarctic but ultimately I was wanting more than what I got.
The first volume resolves itself well enough, but the second felt like it ended just as the story was ramping up.
I’d maybe revisit this but it’d be pretty low on my reread list
