This was okay, but not my fav. I don’t know if something got lost in translation (I read this in French), or if it’s because I’m pretty meh about baseball. I have read, and loved, most of K Bromberg’s books, but this one seems to be missing all of the intensity I usually look forward to from her. I’m going to try book 2 in English to see if that helps!
