Christopher, you beast!! You’ve made me cry. This is my favorite and most action packed Suneater book to date.
There’s one line that defined this book for me. “The battle is over. The world was lost and mine with it.” I was tearing up reading this line. Heartbroken again……the last couple books should have been called the torture of Hadrian. There were so many reveals in this book such as the history of Gibson and the Emperor.
The Emperor and Alexander really pissed me off so much in this book. He was just been an annoying prick at the end.
I’m so pumped the read the next books right away after the short stories and novella which I cannot skip because of how much I love Lorian.
