Dark Hollow
by John Connolly
Another decent book. In this one, we follow the trio of Charlie Parker and his two friends in Maine as they go about their investigation often leading to the deaths of many people. Again, the supernatural elements are very rare, which is quite disappointing(since the series was top recommendation for supernatural dectective books). However, I'm going to continue with the series since it's supposed to improve. I also found the main villain somewhat underwhelming by the end. A true hunter would never leap to his death, so how was he going to kill two armed men with just a knife. Even if he succeeded in killing one, the other would have just shot him. It felt very anticlimactic.
