Twas the Nightshift Before Christmas by Adam Kay
3.0
3,5*
I have to say, I simply love Adam's humor. But the first book was effortlessly hilarious; this one didn't feel so effortless at times. Still, I enjoyed all the funny, ironic, and even heartbreaking snippets. And the ending was simply beautiful. It could've been rated higher... if only it wasn't so damn short!
But my god am I glad I managed to escape this clusterfuck of being a doctor or a nurse (both have my undying respect) and decided on a lab technician. We love our patients as samples...
