Did not finish book. Stopped at 34%.

I really wanted to like this because I love these two authors, but the plot felt a little too unrealistic, and the two boys whose POVs alternate had identical inner monologues. I had a hard time keeping track of whose chapter I was in, and I just got bored. I read a detailed summary with spoilers and nothing I found out enticed me to keep reading.
