Creed
by Kristen Ashley
5 Creed Stars
Have I said how much I love Kristen Ashley books? Well I haven’t said it today so I just did! I freaking loved this book.
Sylvie and Creed’s story will not only pull at your heartstrings it will make you want to cry and weep for them and with them.
At very tender ages they both had to deal with fighting parents and abuse in the home. So they would escape their houses for a sliver of peace. And one fateful night Creed found Sylvie and from then on they were each other’s safe place when there wasn’t one at home. This went on for years.
Events beyond their control tear them apart in more than one way. And leaves both their hearts are broken.
Years go by and they both have their own lives. Sylvie is a kick ass girl who works for Knight. Yes ladies Knight makes a few appearances in this book. And Sylvie helps protect his girls. She has made a life for herself; she has 2 people who mean something to her. Knight and Charlene who lives next door with her 3 kids.
So when badass alpha male, Creed walks back in to her life to help with the situation that is more than Knights guys can handle. This brings Creed back in to Sylvie world, for the good and the bad. They have a whole lot of stuff to work through.
Things don’t go smooth but what romance would. We need the dirty and gritty to get to the so so sweet.
Creed has made some choices in his life and he has to live with them and if they hurt Sylvie they have to work through it. Life is not all sunshiny rainbows but if you work at you get to the sweet.
What can I say about Creed.. He is just so damn yummy. I love how he is just what Sylvie needs him to be and she in turn is that for Creed they just work.
Sometimes you have to weed through the shit to get to the good and that’s exactly what these two did.
*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion and I am allowed to have it.*

“Some people get to live life. Some people survive it. We’re survivors.”

“Born to love you, baby,” he repeated. “Die lovin’ you, my Sylvie.”
