This was a very 🥵🥵🥵 book. Lots of m/f fucking. This story is just about a male-female couple. Unlike the other books in the series, it's not a why choose. There was a fair amount of emotional depth not just to the couple but to the MCs as individuals as well. And I really liked the sense of community of the hockey team members, support staff, WAGs, etc.

🎧 Dual POV with two narrators. The narrators mostly did a great job, but the male narrator has a tendency to
like.... giggle? a lot.... where it's not stated in the text
which can be annoying at times.

🌶️ 5/5 it was just a cis MF couple but dang did they get creative, and often! This book could've worked for NINE different prompts in the smut challenge I'm doing.

🏳️‍🌈✊ Decent representation for different sexualities (FMC is bi) and modalities of partnerships (Rachel and her 3 husbands from book 1, Poppy and the two guys teasing book 3, other gay and straight married couples). One of the central characters has a learning difference, so there's some neurodivergence represented as well. Not much in the way of ethnic/racial diversity as far as I could tell.
