The Confession by Jessie Burton
5.0
I like a dual timeline book. It took me a bit of time to get to grips with who was who in each timeline but once I did everything slotted into place.
The book covers some difficult life topics with sensitivity and honesty. I really enjoyed the relationships between characters and how each one was portrayed.
I felt for Elise, Connie and Rose. It seemed to be a tangled web and Rose was caught in it from a very young age.
