This is the story of Doric, from the Dungeons and Dragons movie, about her early life and how and why she trained to become a druid. It explores her relationship with her current community, as well as her fraught relationship with her family. It's a fun book with an ending that is a little rushed a just a wee bit unsatisfying, if only because the resolution still leaves room to segway into the story of the movie.
