Starting off, I'd like to express how shallow & awfully childish the characters are. Bland, mundane and really really dull. to the core typa dull.
Even our lead had 0 personality.

The book is 576 pages and could be easily reduced to 20 pages (the book solely is exaggerated descriptions of random surroundings).

I'm a feminist myself but the author took it too far with the never-ending lines that portray sexism, we all know that we live in a male-dominant world, constant reminding will grant us depression & not equality.

Throughout reading it felt like the author was stretchhhiiinngg the story with poorly written 'betrayals'/'twists' and continuous unnecessary travels she kept pitching the characters into. And the book ended in enigma? After all of that? A proper ending is the least you could offer. Not to mention the dreadful conversations the characters had. Simply agonizing. The characters were either 'arguing' with their toddler comebacks or depressed. Another point about the characters: 60% of them were useless, cut them out and the story won't be one bit affected.

Moreover, excessive & pointless information about personal circumstances the characters were facing. Initially I believed it's for a splendid character growth. However, as stated, we weren't provided an ending and the characters remained foolish.

The plot had potential but the execution is deficient & the events were lacking. Therefore a miserable book.
