The twists and turns in this book had me holding my breath more times than I can count! I'm absolutely loving this story more and more with each book.
Emberly is coming into her powers and finding confidence in herself. We're learning more about her origin and where she came from. She is such a strong badass female character and I absolutely love her!
Steel and Emberly... this is such a deliciously slow burn. I really love where this story has taken these characters. We also get more background on Steel which I think is so important to really understand his character.
I cannot wait to see where this story takes us in book 3 because that cliffhanger at the end was crazy!
