While I don't think this "cozy fantasy" thing is really for me, this book was a delightful little read. The food descriptions had my mouth watering, and I had to pause and make myself a latte halfway through. Otherwise though, the low stakes made it feel very surface-level, and I wish we'd gotten more character depth.
