The Woman in the Window by A.J. Finn

5.0

I was a bit cautious going into this one because mental illness has been used in pretty gross ways in thrillers/horror etc. plenty of times. I was very pleased to see an exploration into mental illness that properly delved in the feelings of the character and highlighted the ways in which women and the mentally ill are constantly gaslighted. I had a very enjoyable time reading this book and it did a great job of holding me constantly on edge. I had to make sure my curtains were shut tight, and looking through windows tended to creep me out!
