I Kissed an Earl by Julie Anne Long
Did not finish book. Stopped at 22%.
DNF @ 22%.
I really enjoyed The Perils of Pleasure, but am not having much luck with the other books in this series so far. I wasn’t invested enough in Violet or the MMC (I’ve already forgotten his name…), or the story to continue. Will read the next book though, since it’s supposed to be a fan favourite.
I listened to the audiobook for a couple of chapters, and then decided to start from the beginning with the ebook, which was definitely a better experience. I’ve liked Justine Eyre’s narration on other audiobooks, but I don’t think her style suits Julie Anne Long’s writing.
