Finlay is on a deadline to pass a draft of her new book. However, while having a conversation with her editor about it, a woman overhears their conversation and misunderstood Finlay's words. The woman thought Finlay is a killer and then hires her to kill her husband.

I heard great things about this book, really. How it was a breath of fresh air to the genre--and it really was. However, I did not like the direction this book took around the middle.

1. You're a fan of mystery/crime genre and wants something different and light.
2. You like books with a dash of comedy. I gotta hand it to the writer, Finlay was a funny one. I really liked her humor and she seemed like a real person.
3. Fast-paced book. I like that it didn't go down to a lot of the technicalities and went ahead for the plot.

1. You don't like mystery books wherein the protagonists gets a helping hand (even though they really need it). I like my characters alone and not too many noses in the crime scene.
