Hooray For Diffendoofer Day! by Jack Prelutsky, Dr. Seuss, Lane Smith
3.0

A joyful celebration of an active education in creative and critical thinking, started by Seuss and finished by Prelutsky and Smith. This is what school should be about - fun, passion, exploration, community. The end notes on how the book was put together were interesting, particularly Seuss's original drawings which were a lot tamer than Smith's. They actually made me think of that wonderful team of whimsy, Roald Dahl and Quentin Blake. Imagine what that collaboration would've looked like!
