mrsshadow 's review for:
Three Swedish Mountain Men
by Lily Gold
Summary:
Lilly goes to Sweden to hide from her past. There she meets Cole, Riven and Eli. All four of them have been trough a lot.
Thoughts:
I loved this book. I already read it twice, I decided to make a review this time though. I like the character building. I like how we get the POV’s of all the different people at the right time, fitting the story and the plot. I like how the characters immediately noticed how attractive the others where, but that it’s not all ‘ohmygosh shes pretty i feel things and i love her’.
I also loved how the last chapter and the Epilogue had good time jumps so we could see the growth and see how happy they all end up being. There are no loose endings.
There are heavy subjects, but for me it’s still a light and enjoyable read.
Tropes:
- Reverse harem (MMMF)
- Secret past
- HEA
- Forced proximity
- Strangers to lovers
Warnings:
- Blackmail
- Sexual harassment (catcalls, descriptive)
- Descriptive sexual scenes
