I rate Elsie Silver books a little differently… are they the most literary novels out there? No. Do they feature deeply layered plots with thought provoking passages? Nope. Are they fun, cute, emotional at times, and sexy as hell? YEP!! So that’s what I base my star rating on… only taking into account which Eaton brother I like more, and how much fun I have when reading them. Out of the Chestnut Springs collection, this one was my fave. Beau Eaton is the best Eaton brother, and Bailey is so like me in so many ways it’s kinda scary.
