So I needed a book at the airport and I picked this one up. I think the last Scarpetta book I read was about 4 years ago, but this was just like riding a bike after a long hiatus. Even though I missed a few stories in between, the book brought me up to speed on everything I missed and I felt like I was visiting my old friends Kay, Lucy, Marino and Benton. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars, even though the storyline was more of a 3 star for me.
