Having read the first two in this series, I was so happy to get an ARC of this book from NetGallery. If you love cosy fantasy books, then this is definitely a series for you. This book continues where the last left of and you get so much more of Fern along with some new characters; I especially liked Breadley. It was great to see how the events of the previous book impacted the trajectory of the characters here. The book has higher stakes than before and there world building has a much wider scope but I liked the fact that things were building up more. The only criticism would be I would have loved to have more of Viv and co; however, this is still a series I thoroughly enjoy and would recommend.
