There’s a lot of discussion (ghostwriting) surrounding this one with great points being made here, here and here. But, I’m separating the issue at hand and the actual book since I read this book before I found out about any of this ghostwriting business. I really did enjoy this book. It was a much fluffier book than I had read for a while, so it was nice to break it up a bit. I thought it was a great debut novel and I remember thinking that I couldn’t wait to see how Zoella develops her writing style as time goes on.
