Oh Mr. Sullivan how I hate you but love your writing. I just finished Wintertide and I feel like you have just ripped out my heart. Yet I love the fact that your writing can have such a powerful effect on me, that you can write such amazing characters that make me feel so deeply.
But
Why don't you ask me how I want things to go?
I loved this book from beginning to end and actually found myself putting it down frequently because I didn't want it to end. I loved this book top to bottom, back and forth, up and down
EXCEPT
One scene.
One scene that ripped my heart out.
I can't wait for the next (and last) book of the Riyria Revelations.
I need to come up with a new word to describe a recommendation more powerful than my highest recommendation.
And I was kidding when I said I hated Michael J. Sullivan - he's pretty much the nicest author I've ever talked to...just wish he would have consulted me about that one god damned scene!
