Zoé was the one who helped Phoebe in book 2 escape.
Zoe had a traumatic experience when her parents died when she was younger. The problem is she didn’t believe they died naturally or by accident. She thought the FBI had something to do with it. This is what led to her career choice of being a hacker.
She was able to uncover some documents in regards to her dad but everything was redacted. So she is on a mission to uncover the truth.
She was sent on a mission to uncover some data that will take a company down, but in the mist of it she almost gets caught. In walks Peter (phoebe’s brother) to save her.
He gets her out unscathed by pretending they were dating, but stole the jump drive in the process. She meets up with him to get it but things get a lil spicy.
When her best friend and protector pops up on them because she wasn’t answering the phone he lets it slip, that Zoe knows him already. Peter didn’t like that.
After running into Phoebe at her best friends match it comes out exactly how she knew him, and Peter is just in awe.
After almost getting killed about the information she found, they get the fbi involved. They get the bad guys, except they forgot one. The doctor who had a major hand in it.
After being kidnapped and rescued her and Parker makes it official. She also gets the information on her parents and they were in fact murdered because her dad found out some information he wasn’t supposed to.
