While I enjoyed reading this book, there were a few things holding me back from giving it more than three stars. There was a lot of backstory about Kaitlyn that I felt was essential and the relationships she built between Quess and Lucas are built very well. There are places where the story dragged a little bit and I would have liked for it to speed up. Some grammatical errors that were a bit troublesome. I'll be reading the next books in the series as they're a good read.
