Love Your Leftovers: Through Savvy Meal Planning Turn Classic Main Dishes Into More Than 100 Delicious Recipes by Nick Evans

4.0

I really like the format of this book. Each chapter starts with a recipe for making your future leftover (chicken, potatoes, rice, flank steak), then follows up with follow-up recipes. And the ideas actually sound REALLY good. I finally have a use for the rice noodles and fish sauce I've been itching to cook with.

Though some of the chapters feel wasted to me. Lentils? Tofu? Do people really have leftovers of that in abundance?
