I loved both Helen and Winterborne!! They are both amazing characters and could not ask for more perfect ones! I love shy female characters mostly because I can relate to them easier, so it is no question that I would adore Helen. I love it when the love interest takes notice of their quiet strength and will.
And I'm in love with Winterborne! He knows what he wants and will do anything to obtain it. I love that he did not have any second thoughts about his feelings for Helen. There were parts of the book that made me nervous about how he was going to react especially because Helen has been hiding it but I was so happy after everything was revealed to him because Winterborne did not disappoint.
Their love story was sweet and I'm suprised Lisa Kleypas has made me laugh out loud several times in this book. I'm excited to read Devil in Spring and Chasing Cassandra for the twins' story! I'm especially interested in Tom Severin. I have a feeling I'm either going to LOVE him or get frustrated with him.
