So glad to finally find some more Canadian YA fiction. I was beginning to worry that I'd read everything worth trying (eg. Courtney Summers, Graham McNamee etc).
I loved the whole idea of reading a relationship based on notes left by family members as they rush around doing what we all do. And for the most part I loved it, the ups/downs life getting in the way of life. I did find it all slightly unbelievable (or maybe just stretched a bit far) when the mother's condition became serious. I was happy to ride it out and found the end solid and very touching.
