This was my second time reading this book. I’ve been picking it up on and off since the summer, in no rush to finish it.
The Wishes Series will always hold a special place in my heart because it was the one that got me back into reading. The first time I found it, I couldn’t put it down even though I was a college student who should have been studying.
There are a handful of books I can say have made me return to my love of reading throughout life and this is certainly one of them. For that reason, reading this book felt nostalgic, revisiting the characters felt a lot like going home.
I have such a long TBR, I try my best not to reread too often unless I feel strongly about the books. I can’t wait to reread the rest of the series, I hadn’t realized how much I’d missed it.
