Reasonable Doubt
by Gregory Ashe
Cannot recommend highly enough! Book 5 in the Hazard and Somerset series, a phenomenal gay mystery fiction police procedural series.
Book 5 is possibly my favorite of the series yet, as it digs into a local cult and religious trauma and new levels of emotional and relational growth in our characters.
Listened to it on audiobook, the narrator Tristan James does a fantastic job. The first 4 of the series were on both Hoopla and Scribd on audiobook, but book 5 onward were not. They are on kindle unlimited as ebooks and on audible as audiobooks. I downloaded it on kindle unlimited so I could then buy it on audiobook at a reduced price for already owning it in ebook form.
