4 stars because I didn't learn much that I didn't already know. I need to keep reminding myself that I can use my free will to skip chapters, but the completionist in me wouldn't like that. 
I've followed Blair Imani on social media for a while and appreciate the way that she breaks down complex terms/concepts into easily digestible pieces.
