Camp Damascus by Chuck Tingle

reading this reminded me of reading this delicious death by kayla cottingham in that it’s very YA logic, good overcomes evil, heavy handed in what it’s trying to say but that’s okay cause this book is meant for younger readers. it also reminded me of we sold our souls by grady hendrix in a lot of ways too specifically the interesting ways it combines occult demon stuff and science. there are a lot of plot holes and lose ends and it’s a little corny but again it’s YA. i liked it just fine, definitely didn’t love it.
