- I LOVE romances with dual POV. It really makes me feel like I get to know the male lead better.
- I usually don’t like alternating between past and present but I really like the way Soto does that in this book. It’s also utilised so well in showcasing the development of Ama and Elliott’s relationship.
- The side characters weren’t anything special but they served their purpose and I liked them well enough.
- One thing I wish was different is that I wanted to see
Ama and Elliott talk things out earlier in the present. There was so much build up of tension and emotions that I felt that an argument would just burst out between them where they just vented out everything on their mind about how things ended. - Overall really loved this story, will definitely reread in the future.
