Precinct 13 by Tate Hallaway

I really enjoyed this book. It wasn't one of my favorite books ever, but I'm glad I read it. I think the character development was really well done and I liked that we met so many people/paranormals in such a short amount of time. I also really liked that I never got confused between all the characters. What I really didn't like is that this book was a standalone, because there was so much still to be explored in this world and I was left still having a lot of questions. This book is very cut & dry and although I appreciated it, because it made following the book very easy, it was a little too clean and forced the story to be a standalone instead of a series like it deserved.
