I'm a little bit on the fence with this book. On one hand i did enjoy it, but there are just some things that were missing for me to really love it. I was really drawn in by the synopsis however I was expecting something I little but different from the story.
Ben and Emma's story didn't really feel as forbidden as it could have been. Sure they were snicking around but there was no real 'I wonder if they are going to get caught' moment. I big getting caught moment just wasn't there for me. It just seems second nature in these types of stories.
Also I felt like we never really got to know what their friends thought of their relationship or what Emma's parents thought. They were worried about what would happen when everyone found out but the other characters opinions were never heard. I believe it would have added more depth to the plot.
Overall an enjoyable and quick read.
