This isn’t the type of book I normally read, but when I came across a copy of it at a local bookstore, I really fell in love with the cover. I ended up listening to the audiobook through my shifts at work. And by shifts, I mean a single shift. I listened to the entire book in a single day. Honestly, I couldn’t stop listening; it was just that good. The pacing is very slow but the information about trees and plants (something I have little interest in) kept me pretty captivated. I think I’ll be giving this one a reread sometime soon.
