2.0

I wanted to read this after it was advertised in the back of Valley of the Dolls. I got the Virago version which was full of typos which didn't set it off to a good start.
Sally Jay seemed like a cartoon character with all her snappy little catchphrases. At first I found the constant dramatic mood swings interesting, but they quickly became repetitive and exhausting.
The main issue was just that it was so boring. Nothing purposeful really happened til the last 50 pages and even then I couldn't bring myself to care. It was a real slog to get through and I'm happy it's over.
