Wolf Gone Wild by Juliette Cross

Did not finish book.
A tooth-achingly sweet romance which is overdone beyond cheesy but I guess that is exactly what a lot of readers were looking for here.
But it was too much for me. Too cartoonishly exaggerated in many ways.
The writing is fine, if unremarkable.
The sexual tension and the smut range from pretty hot to awkward and a total turn-off. For me, it was much more of the latter than the former.

A pet peeve of mine is in this book. "I could care less". If you could care less that means you care, doesn't it? Goddamit. It's supposed to be "I couldn't care less", meaning you are at the lowest level of care you could possibly be. This is such a widespread mistake that I fear both versions reached a level of legitimacy through frequent use to be acknowledged as correct and it drives me mad.

Don't let yourself be turned away by my rating if that is the kind of story you enjoy.
