I loved the whole book, except for what Gabaldon did at the end.
I absolutely hate, that she included Claire's Rapist at the end. It felt forced and not like it was supposed to be in the story. To me it seems like the Author need to bring in some drama before Bree and her family could appear and thats the only reason why she brought Claire having been kidnapped in Book 6 up again.
