I was NOT expecting to like this book so much. I started a couple weeks ago... made it just under half way through and put it down as I felt the story was going slow... I came back to it and finished the second half in one night! The start is SLOWWWWWWW and theres a lot of information thrown at your to keep track of...August, Jane, roommates, Augie... It was difficult to follow and I think the start didn't give Jane nor August any proper development which is why I took sO LONG to pick it back up. The time travelling aspect is okay, I am not a fan of supernatural aspects in book and was more interested in the relationships, romance, friends and characters but I think it was written okay.

BUT the second half is where the relationship really develops, blooms and makes me heart race. Jane, oh Jane, she is perfect. Her character comes through so well in this book and I have a BIG CRUSH on her. August is lovely, and I think her awkwardness makes Janes smoothness all that better. I also didn't realize this book wasn't a young adult (as that's what I usually read) but I got to the steamy parts and... WOW. It wasn't just a paragraph or a page but PAGES and multiple scenes of spicy content! And well written WLW romance at that.

Overall, this books strong points were the characters (main and all the side characters, seriously there's a lot), and although it had a slow start, I enjoyed the ending and how Jane and August's relationship plays out.
