Never Never by Colleen Hoover, Tarryn Fisher
2.0

★★½
[2.5/5]

This is the second book that i read from Collen Hoover so i don’t really know much of her writing style and all the stuff and i haven’t read anything from Tarryn Fisher.
I don’t know where to start with this review because I honestly have no idea about how i feel with this book. It was definetly intriguing but mostly of the story my face was just like:

This book should have been just one and i know the hole idea of this was the fucking cliffhanger wich by the way is the only thing that will keep me going with the sequel.
I felt like the authors have no idea of what they were doing tbh.

The Story: It said that Charlie and Silas were best friends and later they started dating and since they lost the memory in this weird situation it’s obvious that they’re not going to act the same but “she’ll do anything to forget” what the hell is that in the synopsis? Doesn’t make sense.

Characters:

Charlie: Apparently everyone kinda hates her and i can understand why, I don’t really hate her hate her but i dislike her a lot she was mean and with barely sense of humor.

“If I were dead like Snow White and he kissed me like that, surely my heart would kick back to life. That I’d be the one to slay dragons for that kiss.”

Silas: I didn’t dislike him but…he wasn’t the best character either i could stand him, one or twice he made me giggle but that’s it.

“Everything about her is captivating, like the aftermath of a storm. People aren’t supposed to get pleasure out of the destruction Mother Nature is capable of, but we want to stare anyway. Charlie is the devastation left in the wake of a tornado.”

The “love story” im not sure about it, it was like insta-love i know they just lost their memories and well suppousedly the feeling are still there(?) but no it just doesn’t convince me.
Im waiting for the sequel only because i want to know the reason on why they lost their memories and what the hell the problem with the both families of these kids.

“How odd to be made of flesh, balanced on bone, and filled with a soul you’ve never met.”
