Tragic Bonds
by J. Bree
This is the fifth book in the Bonds that Tie series. The beginning of this was by far my favorite in the series. We were left on a huge cliffhanger with Nox, which gave me emotional damage. I absolutely loved learning about his past. It gave me a different perspective on him since he acted like a jerk the whole series.
We learn even more about the entities inside the characters. I find it interesting that the Gods recycle after so many years and get placed in people. Oli is just as fierce as ever, and she does everything to fight for her bonds and her community. Sage and her bonds are also great in this book. I love seeing her relationships grow.
I will say that the plot of this series is pretty repetitive to me. Problem, fight, spicy scene, problem, fight, spicy scene⦠Even though it repeats, I am still enjoying it. On to the last one!
